2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbs hot water
1 tsp baking powder
2 1/2 cups buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbs margarine, melted
1 cup sugar
Soak oats in buttermilk overnight. Then add rest of ingredients and stir well. Cook batter as
pancakes.
