1 loaf white bread
1 7oz pkg.
flaked coconut
12 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups milk
1 tbs cinnamon
1 tbs sugar
In a medium pot, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon,
and sugar. Place coconut in pie pan. Heat
griddle, keeping well greased. Dip each slice bread in egg mixture, then dip
in coconut. Pat each side to coat well.
Fry on griddle until each side is golden brown. Serve with powdered sugar
or syrup.
