TROUT CHOWDER N POTATOES

 

1 1/2 lbs trout cut into chunks

2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

6c water

4 potatoes, diced

 

Simmer potatoes in water for 40 minutes.  Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes more.
