2 green onions
3 fresh tomatoes
1 small red onion
VINAIGRETTE DRESSING
1/4 cups olive oil
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tbs water
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 tsp black pepper
In small pot, combine dressing ingredients. Slice tomatoes and red onions very thin. Slice
green onions in 3/4in pieces. Spread veggies on large pot lid, pour on dressing. Toss lightly and serve.
