2 lb. ground
beef
2 large onions, sliced
2 large potatoes, sliced
2 cans of mixed vegetables with 2 cans of cream
of mushroom soup
Line Dutch oven with foil. Brown ground beef and onions in large skillet. Drain. Layer ground beef on bottom of Dutch oven. Layer
potatoes. Layer mixed vegetables with liquid from only one. Layer cream of mushroom soup. Place about 5 charcoal briquettes
on bottom of -oven and 10-12 on the lid. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
