2 lbs ground beef
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups Italian bread crumbs
1 1/3 cups milk
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
olive oil
2 cans mushroom soup
1 cup water
Mix first seven ingredients together. Put into double gallon zip-lock and place in cooler overnight. Form
into loaf and cut into slices and brown in olive oil. Mix soup with water and
pour over meat placed in Dutch oven. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
