1 lb mushrooms, sliced
2 cups onions, diced
1/4 cups margarine
8oz can tomato sauce
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 round steak, cut into 1/4s
flour
Mix salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder with
flour and put into a gallon zip-lock. Put one 1/4 steak at a time into bag, shake
and coat thoroughly. Sauté in large skillet in margarine for 5 minutes. Add onion and mushrooms. Cook another
5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Simmer 45 minutes.
